The staff at Lakhnadon Christian Hospital is not large but they accomplish a great deal. They currently have just a surgeon and a junior doctor. Nine nurses work in the hospital and participate in the community work.

Despite this tiny staff, the hospital serves over 4,700 outpatients each year, and over 340 inpatients. They visit and care for 80 palliative care patients each month.
