The staff at Prem Sewa Hospital is not large but they accomplish a great deal. They currently have two ophthalmologists, an OB/GYN, and a junior doctor. Fifteen nurses work in the hospital and participate in the community work.

Despite this small staff, the hospital serves over 39,000 outpatients each year, and over 1,100 inpatients. The staff perform 1,100 surgeries and deliver 300 babies annually. They visit and care for about 150 palliative care patients each month.
