The staff at Prem Jyoti Community Hospital is not large but they accomplish a great deal. They currently have an ophthalmologist, an OB/GYN, and a family medicine physician, as well as one junior doctor. Twenty-five nurses work in the hospital and participate in the community work.

Despite this small staff, the hospital serves over 9,600 outpatients each year, and over 1,500 inpatients. They deliver over 200 babies yearly, and perform 195 eye surgeries.
