BOARD OF DIRECTORS

EHA USA is led by a dedicated group of directors. Each supports the organization and monitors the strategic and financial operations of EHA.

Dr. Jeff Leman

serves as chairman of EHA USA’s board. He served at Herbertpur Christian Hospital in Uttarakhand, India, in 2003, where he worked and trained future medical missionaries for six years. Since returning to the United States, he has helped spread the word about EHA. Dr. Leman is a family physician.

Mr. John Andrew

is president of HR Performance Group, a human resources consulting firm located in the Chicago area. Mr. Andrew’s practice focuses on strategic allocation of personnel in companies of all sizes. He has traveled extensively in India and has devoted significant time to supporting EHA’s human resources needs.

Mr. William Bradish

serves as treasurer of EHA USA’s board. He is the president and founder of Bradish Associates, Ltd, an independent insurance company serving the Chicagoland area. In addition, he has served in various capacities in his church and in leadership roles in Bible Study Fellowship. Mr. Bradish became familiar with EHA through his friendship with Dr. Howard Searle, and he was drawn to a ministry run completely by nationals who strive to help the most disadvantaged people.

Mr. Robb Hansen

serves as the part-time executive director of EHA USA. He has devoted his entire career to nonprofit leadership, serving in roles at local churches, with international organizations, in media, and in higher education. For EHA, Robb gives leadership to a team which handles communications, financial services, and donor relations. In addition to his work for EHA through his company, Next Level Insights, Robb consults on marketing and communications with organizations that focus on a wide range of issues, including education, marriage and family, fatherhood, and Christian faith development. Robb and his wife, Gina, live in the Chicago area and have four grown children.

Dr. Ted MacKinney

is currently an academic internist at Medical College of Wisconsin, and GIM section chief. He has spent most of his professional life working through mission agencies to bring holistic Christ-centered care to Nepal. In his first placement, he and his wife Rachel and three children moved to the Rukum district in Nepal to start a mission hospital. They have also worked in teaching hospitals in Kathmandu, and set up a remote clinic near the northern border of Nepal, partnering with NELHOS, a local Christian NGO.  They have enjoyed frequent contact with EHA to understand the clinical operation of mission hospitals. They were blessed to spend 4 months at Duncan Hospital in Raxaul while waiting for Nepal visas.

He is also the General Director of Inspire International, which is committed to the poor and unreached peoples of India. Rev. Singh is a Marriage & Family Therapist. Inspire International has provided for the construction of a maternity building and a NICU unit at an EHA hospital.
